Ayy #TBT when my pops tricked me for the looongest time that our car was just like the #DeLorean in #BTTF. We always had to stick to the speed limit or they’ll take our car away and that the wheels flip out but I just can’t see it happen ‘cause I’m in the car. MADE SENSE THO. Lift Log #021018. Sku-waats!
Just wanted to share where I am currently with my lifts. I was at around 188lbs in my last video (deadlifts), and now down to 162lbs. With that said, one of my 2018 #goals is to gain 8-10 lbs. 💪🏼
My #form isn’t 💯 here. Yet it’s also my heaviest #squat so far and planning to go heavier. Also included some #dropset finishers in the end. Enjoy!
